I grew up in Maine, headed west to study at CU Boulder, then jumped straight into startup life. I joined Notion as employee #8 — a TechStars-backed smart home startup that was later acquired by Comcast. From there I spent five years building and eventually selling Basis Hydration — a DTC brand I grew from scratch to $1M in sales before it was acquired.
That experience led me to Shopify, where I've spent the last three years building operational systems and AI-powered tooling for one of the fastest-growing revenue organizations in tech.
Outside of work I'm a husband and dad to a family of five. I love spending time with my family, getting out on the golf course when I can, and catching up with friends.

Player/coach role owning end-to-end incentive compensation — design, implementation, and ongoing management — across a 1,000+ person revenue organization. Led overhaul of compensation design from a booked-revenue to a dynamic billed-revenue system. Selected for Shopify's annual Builders Club, recognizing the top 100 leaders in the revenue org.
